Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Drop (the "Service"), operated by Thomas Warnert ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Drop provides order tracking, buyer notification, and branded tracking page tools for resellers. We connect Sellers with their Buyers and enable them to log orders, sync shipment tracking, and send delivery updates.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Payments & Fees

Drop offers a Free plan and a paid Plus plan. Payments for the Plus plan and any message credit top-ups are processed securely by Stripe.

We may adjust our fees or plan limits with prior notice.

5. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of order and buyer information entered into Drop.

Sellers are responsible for fulfilling the orders they log and communicate to buyers.

Sellers must have a lawful basis to share buyer data (name, contact details, delivery address) with us and to trigger notifications to them.

Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, including tax and data protection obligations.

6. Buyers

Buyers interact with Drop via a tracking link and notifications sent on the Seller's behalf. Drop is not a party to the underlying sale between Seller and Buyer, and is not responsible for order fulfilment, product quality, or payment disputes between them.

7. Shipment Tracking

Tracking data is sourced from third-party carriers via AfterShip. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of tracking data, which depends on information provided by carriers.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the Service for fraud, spam, or unlawful activity.
• Send notifications to individuals who have not consented to receive them.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse engineer the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses arising from inaccurate or delayed tracking data. Our liability is limited to the amount of platform fees you paid in the past three months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and applicable European Union law.
