What is Drop?
Drop is order tracking software for small sellers who take orders through DMs on Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp. You log each order and its tracking number, Drop follows the shipment, and your buyers get automatic delivery updates with a link to their own tracking page.
How do my buyers get delivery updates?
By email, SMS or WhatsApp, sent automatically when the shipment status changes. Email updates are free and unlimited. WhatsApp updates use 1 message credit each and SMS updates use 3.
Do my buyers need an account or an app?
No. Buyers open their tracking link in any browser. There is nothing to download and no sign-up for them.
Which couriers does Drop work with?
Tracking data comes from carriers through AfterShip. Paste a tracking number and Drop detects the courier for you.
Can I log orders without a tracking number?
Yes. Untracked orders, like local pickups or hand deliveries, are unlimited on every plan and never use credits or count towards your tracked order limit.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 5 tracked orders and 30 message credits per month, and you don't need a card to sign up. Plus costs €15 a month for 25 tracked orders and 200 message credits.
What happens if I run out of message credits?
Email updates keep sending for free. On Plus you can top up credits at any time, starting at 50 credits for €4.99. On Free, your credits reset at the start of each monthly period, or you can upgrade to Plus.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes, on Plus. Upload your logo and set your brand colour, and buyers see them on their tracking page and updates.
